Some Days I Feel Like Midas-Minus the Gold

'Twas the night before chemo
And all through my house,
My computer wasn't stirring,
Not even the mouse.

Out in the garage
What do I hear?
Nothing because my mini
Lost all his gears, and isn't here.

Jules - This little poem has a sad tone. I'd buy you a new mini if I could. Do they make them in automatic? Another chemo week, sigh. May God strengthen you, bless you with extra measures of grace, mercy and peace, and hide you in the shadow if His wing.

Awwww. Poor mini.
This poem's rhythm speaks of Christmas, but alas, no joy here.
Cute poem tho.
Joy in this, however. My friend, Annette Johnson from Az. emailed to tell me she is praying for you daily! and specifically praying that your body will have NO permanent side effects from the chemo. That'a a dear lady of prayer!

You and your Uncle Bill need to cheer each other up......he had to give up his beloved truck a couple of months ago, and has been in a "miss my truck sort of funk" ever since!
Hope you and the family are all doing well. Love, hugs, kisses , and prayers to Y'all!
